Scanning the QR Code
Step 1: Open Dragon Federation: Monitor mobile app
Unlock your smartphone or tablet and launch the Dragon Federation: Monitor app. This app will be used to scan the special egg-shaped QR code.
Step 2: Locate the Dragon Federation QR Code
Find the egg-shaped QR code on the Dragon Federation product packaging or label. It features the Dragon Federation logo in the center.
Step 3: Activate Scan Mode
Within the Dragon Federation: Monitor app, navigate to the scan mode or QR code scanning function. Look for the option to scan a QR code within the menu.
Step 4: Prepare the Product
Place the Dragon Federation product with the QR code on a stable surface. Ensure it remains still during the scanning process for accurate detection.
Step 5: Align and Scan
Hold your device steady and position the camera over the egg-shaped QR code. The Dragon Federation: Monitor app will automatically detect and scan the unique code.
Troubleshooting:
Ensure Stable Surface:
To improve scanning accuracy, ensure the Dragon Federation product with the QR code is placed on a still, stable surface during scanning.
Check Lighting:
Make sure you're scanning the QR code in a well-lit area to enhance visibility. Proper lighting helps the app accurately detect the unique egg-shaped code.
Scan Distance
Try moving the device's camera to a few inches away from the QR code and back away slowly. You can view your dragon baby up to 4 feet away from the QR code, but with initial scanning you need to move closer. If you lose the image of the dragon fetus, get closer to the QR code, scan it until the fetus reappears, and then back away slowly.
Clean Camera Lens:
If the app struggles to scan the QR code, clean your device's camera lens with a soft cloth. Dust or smudges can hinder the scanning process.
Verify Internet Connection:
Ensure your device has a stable internet connection to access the associated content within the Dragon Federation app.
Update Dragon Federation App:
Ensure you have the latest version of the Dragon Federation: Monitor app installed on your device. Updates often include enhancements to scanning functionality and overall performance.
