Does Dragon Federation offer overseas shipping?
Yes, Dragon Federation ships internationally. Please note that we do not set the shipping fees—FedEx determines them based on your location and selected shipping options. If you are outside of the USA, be sure to select the appropriate international shipping option during checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs can vary based on several factors, including the weight of the product, your location, and the delivery speed you choose. For example, a Mountain Skal Egg weighs approximately 8 pounds, so the distance it needs to travel will influence the shipping cost. The only way to get an accurate shipping fee is to proceed through the checkout process, as shipping fees are determined at that point. Please note that shipping rates fluctuate, so it's impossible to provide estimates without going through checkout.
How long does it take to ship the product after purchase?
Dragon items like Eggs and Scales, are made to order. Dragon items are 100% made in the United States, hand-crafted one-of-a-kind collectibles. This means production begins after your purchase is confirmed. Typically, we aim to ship your product within 30 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, the week we receive your item from the manufacturer we will print your shipping label you will be emailed a tracking code when we print your label. You can rest assured that once your label is printed it should ship within that week.
What might delay my order?
Several factors may cause delays, including public holidays, adverse weather conditions, and live shows or events where Dragon Federation is participating. We do our best to communicate any delays, and we appreciate your patience.
